The Lone Oak Cross Country Team hosted the District 12-3A Meet on Saturday, October 4th — and what a day it was!

The Lady Buffs dominated, bringing home District Championships in both the Varsity and JV Girls Divisions.

Varsity Girls (District Champions)
Led by back-to-back District Champion Addison Wilhite, followed by 2nd place Korah Shockley and 4th place Kamaea Thomas. Rounding out the squad were Cynthia Lemon, Lillie Hammond, and Abbie Garrett — powering the Lady Buffs to another team title.

JV Girls (District Champions)
The JV Lady Buffs were led by District Champion Kellyn Walker, joined by medalists Brooklynn Moore, Chloe Moore, Kaci Baker, Camryn Osburn, and Emma Jones — an incredible team effort.

Varsity Boys
Slade Ainsworth led the way, earning a Regional Qualifier spot and setting a new personal record (PR) at District.

Junior High Boys
Capped off their season strong with 3 runners in the Top 9 — Asher Brock, Jack Eskelson, and Tyler Willis.

Junior High Girls
Tiffany Wittrock closed out the season with an impressive 6th-place finish in her division.

The Varsity Girls and Slade Ainsworth will now advance to the Regional Meet on October 20th in Arlington.
