HS Cross Country

Lone Oak Cross Country had an incredible day at the Ken Gaston Invitational in Grand Prairie, competing against over 50 teams from across Texas! Our boys finished 33rd and the girls secured 21st, with all 5 members achieving their best times of the year!

Next up, we’ll be heading to Lindale for the Larry Wilson Invitational, our final meet before District is next week. Let’s keep the momentum going!

Exciting day for our Lone Oak JH Cross Country team at the Running Eagles Invitational in Canton!

Greyson Hogue crushed his personal best by an amazing 45 seconds!
The girls shined with two top ten finishes: Tiffany Whitrock came in 7th and Kora Shockley in 8th, while Kellyn rounded out the top 20!

Next up is District on Saturday, October 5th! Let’s come together to support these incredible athletes as they wrap up their season!
