The 7th graders won their game 12 to 8. Lane Tippit led the way with two rushing touchdowns. Great catches were made by Case Money and Kaymyn Rector. The defense battled all night and had a great goal line stand to seal the victory. Great defense was played by Waylon Boidy, Brecken Walker, Coen Jackson, and Haynon Northcutt. The 7th graders are now 2-1 and heads to Harmony next week to begin the hunt for a district title.

The 8th grade battled a talented group from Mineola and fell 42-8. The buffaloes battled and stayed in the fight during the first half with a halftime score of 22-8. Mineola extended their lead in the second half while the buffaloes struggled to find the endzone. The boys will get back to work Monday to make a strong district run. They play Thursday in Harmony.
